We Answer Every Message
Customer support at Vaughn Society is handled by the same small team that selects and sources the products. This means when you write to us about a product concern, you are not speaking to a script — you are speaking to someone who knows the supplier, the batch, and the specification. Our support window is Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, and Saturday 11:00 to 17:00 IST. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day and to resolve any quality-related issue within seven. For order tracking, your dispatch confirmation email contains a live tracking link — please check there first before writing to us, as it is usually faster.

For bulk orders, corporate gifting programmes, or wholesale partnerships, please email [email protected] with the subject line ‘Wholesale Enquiry’. We respond to all B2B queries within two business days and offer custom charcoal-gold packaging for orders above ₹25,000.
Returns and Refund Process
If you need to initiate a return, email us within 10 days of delivery with your order number, the item in question, and a brief description of the issue. For manufacturing defects, we arrange a pickup at no cost and process a full refund or replacement within 7 working days of receiving the item back. For preference-based returns, we offer an exchange against equal or higher-value catalog items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically reflect within 3–5 business days depending on your bank. We do not charge restocking fees on any category — the process should be as friction-free as the purchase.
